B & Vmedia BV offers a "Not good, money back" guarantee for demonstrable product damage and / or production errors. Where customers choose to deliver images by email, wet transfer or in another way, after which Fotogeschenk processes the further order for the customer in the system, the PDF Invoice which the customer then automatically receives by mail also serves as an order confirmation. If the customer pays this invoice, the order can no longer be changed or canceled. Even if the customer has a business account and is allowed to pay afterwards based on this, this customer is explicitly responsible for checking this PDF invoice / order confirmation. From the moment the PDF invoice / order confirmation is provided in his business account and by e-mail, the customer has the opportunity to have the order adjusted after one working day. No response within 1 working day automatically means that the customer agrees with the PDF invoice / order confirmation. The order can no longer be changed or canceled.
