All orders are accepted only in accordance with the following conditions. The client (customer) accepts these terms and conditions when placing an order. Client declares to be 18 years or older. 1. Right of property

The client guarantees that he/she has provided all copyright and other rights concerning images. B & V media BV can never be held liable or in any way be held liable. By the customer supplied files are purely used for the agreed contract between B & V Media BV and the customer. B & V media BV does nothing with the customer-supplied image files outside the placed order, without the written consent of the customer. Or print, nor digital and/or in publication and/or parts of the file in any other way.

2. Delivery times

The regular delivery times and shipping days, as declared on the site, are representative of the average delivery times. They can in no case be the reason for compensation, an annulment of an order or any other form of compensation. 6. Warranty & returns

B & V media BV offers a " money back " guarantee with demonstrable faults. Never send orders back to us, but sent an e-mail to with your complaint within 3 working days of delivery and mention the order number. Your complaint will be processed within 3 business days. B & V media BV supplies photo products according to specific wishes and individual needs of the customer. A legal right is therefore not applicable. Complaints can only be recognised by B & V media BV, if they relate to (demonstrable) production faults on delivered products. Please only to return products if B & V media BV explicitly requests it. Returns must always be sent equipped with track & trace.

Our machine park and our operations in the order module are optimally suited to the processing of raw picture files, so as they come out of your camera. If you adjust colors, contrasts and/or other values in the photo files themselves, color deviations may occur. Resulting complaints will not be recognized as production errors. This also applies to files that you copy or download from the internet.
