Unique construction: your photo between acrylic and dibond
At Photogift.eu, your photo is first printed in reverse on the back of crystal-clear acrylic (also known as plexiglass). We then use a special roller and transparent adhesive film to mount a 3 mm white dibond panel behind the print. The result is a striking depth effect, with the photo safely sealed between acrylic and dibond. UV-resistant and 100% colorfast – in premium quality.
The origin of Plexibond: developed by Photogift
Photogift.eu coined the name Plexibond and developed this unique combination – inspired by the traditional C-print technique in which a photo is mounted between acrylic and dibond. This classic glued print is still available in our professional lab. The indoor version offers even greater color range thanks to our Canon Pro 4000 prints, but unlike Plexibond, it is not suitable for outdoor use or wet spaces such as bathrooms or showers.
