Since 2012 we have been collecting customer reviews through several independent review platforms to provide an honest and reliable overall picture of how our customers experience our products and service. Our current star rating of over 4.25 out of 5 is based on the combined results of reviews gathered via Trusted Shops, Trustpilot and Google Reviews. In the past, between 2012 and 2018, we also collected reviews through Feedback Company.

Every two weeks, the latest reviews from all active platforms are compiled and weighted in proportion to the number of reviews received per source. This ensures an up-to-date and representative overall score, without over-representation from any single channel.

The displayed rating is therefore a weighted average of all reviews since 2012, based on Fotogeschenk.nl, Fotogeschenk.be, Ihr-Fotogeschenk.de and Photogift.eu – all online stores owned and fully operated by B&Vmedia BV.
